Returns & exchanges

Every piece we carry is something we would wear in our own home. If the one that finds you isn't quite right, we'll take it back — free of charge within Singapore — so long as it returns to us in the condition you received it.

Window

[TO BE COMPLETED — confirm window] Most houses use fourteen days from delivery; bridal commissions are non-returnable but eligible for adjustment.

Condition

  • The piece is unworn, with its original tags and packaging.
  • The hangtag's wax seal is unbroken (we'll know).
  • Jewellery has been kept from contact with perfume, water, or sweat.
  • Saris have not been altered, dry-cleaned, or had the pallu sewn.

How to begin a return

Email hello@houseofvibhavari.com with your order reference. We'll arrange a courier collection within Singapore at our cost. Refunds land back on your original payment method within seven working days of the piece arriving back with us.

Regional & international

[TO BE COMPLETED — regional return terms]Currently outside-Singapore returns are reviewed case by case. Customs and return shipping fall to the buyer; we credit the piece's value on receipt.

Bespoke & bridal commissions

Pieces commissioned for you specifically — colour, drape length, custom setting — are not returnable. Sizing adjustments and re-stringing are included in your Singapore-side service.

Service for life

For as long as you own the piece, you can return it for re-stringing, polishing, re-plating, or fitting — included.
