Most pieces leave the studio within two working days of an order clearing. Saris and jewellery alike are wrapped in cotton, then in a tissue-lined cream box, then sealed.

Singapore

• Standard courier — included on every order. 1–2 working days within Singapore.
• Same-day GrabExpress — available on request before 14:00 SGT, charged at cost.

Made-to-order & bridal commissions

[TO BE COMPLETED — lead time] Custom pieces take between six weeks (alteration / re-string) and six months (a Paithani from Yeola, for instance). We confirm an exact delivery window before accepting deposit.

Regional — ASEAN

Shipping to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam is offered on request. Quoted at cost (typically S$30–60 depending on weight), 3–7 working days.

International

Shipping to India, UK, US, Australia and the EU is available on request. [TO BE COMPLETED — customs handling] Duties and taxes are billed to the recipient on arrival; we decline to under-declare value, as our commercial invoices are true.

Singapore GST

If a piece arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel and the piece on receipt, before unwrapping fully, and email us within 48 hours. We'll replace or refund — whichever you prefer.
