These terms govern your use of houseofvibhavari.com and any piece you purchase from us. Singapore law applies; disputes are resolved in Singapore courts.

About us

Pricing

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • We don't run flash sales. The price you see is the price we believe is honest from day one.
  • Where a piece is marked “From”, customisations (drape length, setting variant) may change the final price. We'll confirm before charging.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus PayNow and GrabPay via HitPay. Card details are processed by our payment processors; we never see your card number. Orders ship only after payment clears.

Orders

  • An order on the site is an offer to buy; we may decline (e.g. if a piece has sold elsewhere or the address looks fraudulent). We confirm by email when an order is accepted.
  • We may cancel an order after acceptance if the price was clearly wrong (a typo, a missing decimal). You'll be refunded in full.

Shipping

Covered in detail on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Use of the site

The brand assets — logo, mark, photography, editorial copy — are proprietary. Personal browsing is welcome; commercial re-use of the copy or images is not.

Limitation of liability
